Submission Entry: | 1.) Digitalisation and inverterisation represent two relatively recent developments, amongst others (you are at liberty to invoke as many such relevant developments as you wish). As a manufacturer or supplier of HVACR equipment, what is the true measure of impact of such developments on such aspirations/outcomes as better energy efficiency, lower Total Cost of Ownership, better Indoor Environmental Quality IEQ), fire safety, reliability, data centre integrity, robust process cooling or stronger cold chain? (You may choose one, two or more aspirations/outcomes in writing your answer, as is/are relevant to the nature of products you manufacture or supply.) (78)Answer: use of waste as biproduct to recycle, we do energy monitoring of machines to control the energy efficiency. we make products which are used for insulation that is used we are certified for ISO 14001 and OHSHAS 45001 to ensure fire and environment safety. we monitor our emission quality and air quality on production floor for better environment indoor and outdoor. 2.) Aftermarket operational/lifecycle/performance data have become an integral part of continuous improvement in the HVACR industry. As a manufacturer or supplier, what is the data that you collect/track, and what is your approach to that data? How do you collect/track that data? How do you validate them? How do you use the data? And what is your approach to analysing the data in ensuring that your interpretation and subsequent data-based action are able to improve such aspirations/outcomes as better energy efficiency, lower Total Cost of Ownership, better Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), fire safety, reliability, data centre integrity, robust process cooling or stronger cold chain? (You may choose one, two or more aspirations/outcomes in writing your answer, as is/are relevant to the nature of products you manufacture or supply.) (79)Answer: All our products are tested and certified by DCLD and international accreditation bodies like FM approval, CE making, UL certificate which ensures product made under strict tolerance and specifications for desired performance of energy saving, thermal efficiency, and fire safety. We maintain our records of manufacturing data and retains for 5 years as per ISO 9001 standards. We also make sure to get customer feedbacks on the products that we have supplied and we make sure appropriate training and awareness in the market for the right use and application of the products. 3.) Performance of assets or facilities is so much dependent on regular upkeep and commissioning. As a manufacturer or supplier, how are you supporting asset or facility management initiatives and endeavours of owners towards achieving better energy efficiency, lower Total Cost of Ownership, better Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), fire safety, reliability, data centre integrity, robust process cooling or stronger cold chain? (You may choose one, two or more aspirations/outcomes in writing your answer, as is/are relevant to the nature of products you manufacture or supply.) (80)Answer: We have our engineering team who keeps records of our assets and all assets are recorded in SAP where we monitor asset value and related expenses. We also have TPM in our manufacturing plants to ensure the machines are in prime condition at all times, We have energy monitoring, PM schedules, regular machine health check ups. We are working on MES system for better monitoring OEE, machine utilization, Energy efficiency and digitalized machine maintenance system. 4.) Describe your HR practices as a manufacturer or supplier. Do elaborate on how you hire, train, mentor, evaluate and reward your employees towards not only capacity-building and the commercial growth of the organisation but also for them to deliver better energy efficiency, lower Total Cost of Ownership, better Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), fire safety, reliability, data centre integrity, robust process cooling or stronger cold chain? (You may choose one, two or more aspirations/outcomes in writing your answer, as is/are relevant to the nature of products you manufacture or supply.) (81)Answer: We are having multi national workforce (20 nationalities) and we are providing trainings from Safety, on the Job training, soft skills development training to each new joiners. We are following KAIZEN and encouraging employees to participate and contribute in the initiatives for improvements which are rewarded and recognized quarterly. We also have career development plan for all existing employees of the organization. We maintain skill matrix to monitor and enhance their skills. We have installed HVLS (High velocity low speed) fans on the shop floors to minimize energy consumption and better air quality on production floor. We reward our employees for long tenure ship e.g. (5, 10, 15 years service tenure). 5.) As a manufacturer or supplier, how are you contributing to a Circular Economy? (82)Answer: We recycle our waste products and make byproducts which is used by other industry (foam) We promote to use low VOC glue in the market and we also minimize the plastic waste by using lesser plastics. We encourage our suppliers to reuse pallets and other packaging materials to reduce waste. We encourage our customers for repairing and refurbishing of damaged products. We reduce our water waste by using close loop filtration system. We installed ESP system to reduce pollutants in emission and monitoring it by checking the emission quality annually. All plants are using LED lights for power saving. We are using electric battery forklift to reduce carbon emission |
