2. Transforming Energy Savings Through Digitization - The Frese DELTA T Control System offers an innovative solution for optimizing and balancing CHW systems. It monitors and controls the water temperature difference(ΔT) between the inlet and outlet of terminal units, preventing coil overflow, which can lead to excess energy consumption and reduced efficiency.

This versatile system is suitable for both heating and cooling applications and can be installed in new builds or retrofitted to existing systems without interruption. It works seamlessly with the Frese OPTIMA Compact PICV or existing valves, providing an easy-to-use solution that maximizes energy-savings and improves overall system performance.

3. Rheem’s ODIN Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater was developed to meet market demands for energy-efficient water heating. Its advanced controls and low energy consumption make it a practical, sustainable choice for renovation projects, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

5. Connectair® offers a cutting-edge solution for ensuring optimal indoor air quality and comfort by enabling seamless remote control of your S&P ventilation system from any device. With its intuitive, user-friendly interface, users can easily monitor and manage their system’s status. Key features include the ability to regulate airflow, monitor air-quality, adjust schedules, activate the bypass function and check the condition of filters for maintenance.

Answer: 1. Rheem Lifecyle Analysis

At Rheem, sustainability is a key focus and cross-functional teams engage in Strategy Sessions to evaluate environmental and social impacts, ensuring every product development process(PDP) prioritizes sustainability. Rheem's Sustainability Strategy Wheel helps identify opportunities to enhance eco-friendliness throughout a product’s life cycle starting from production.

Rheem awards its Sustainability Standout® Seal to products exceeding internal sustainability benchmarks, where products earn this seal through a proprietary point system, which evaluates features such as energy-efficiency, longevity, packaging, recyclability, and CO2 emissions reduction eventually categorizing them as "good," "better," or "brand best," helping buyers choose products that lower environmental impact.

2. Product Failure Analysis

As a supplier, we utilize our ServTek field-service application and ERP-integrated warranty software to track failure rates, warranty claims, and complaints. This systematic data collection generates comprehensive reports shared with manufacturers and department heads to identify trends and root causes for product enhancements. Analyzing data across project-specific, contractor-specific, product-wise, model-specific, and make-specific categories helps us develop strategies to reduce Total Cost of Ownership and improve product reliability. Continuous monitoring ensures actionable improvements are implemented.

3. CCSI Software

Clima Uno's AHUs utilize CCSI selection software, which combines technical and performance data to provide exceptional solutions. Insights from clients, sales, and aftersales teams are crucial for refining designs, resulting in optimal units and enhanced component performance for improved system efficiency. The company prioritizes continuous product performance enhancements by optimizing design, improving reliability, lowering Total Cost of Ownership(TCO), and increasing energy efficiency while maintaining high Indoor Environmental Quality(IEQ). This commitment is backed by performance testing in Eurovent-certified laboratories.

4. Enhancing Fire Safety Through Advanced CFD Simulation Studies

In the past year, we successfully conducted 13 CFD simulation studies, focusing on analyzing and predicting airflow, heat transfer, and smoke movement in complex environments to visualize airflow patterns, assess the efficiency of ventilation systems, and optimize designs for enhanced safety and performance, ultimately improving fire safety measures.

One significant case-study guided by the standards set in BS7346-7:2013, involved the proposed basement car park ducted ventilation system for “B+G+6 Hampton Hotel & Residential Building, Dubai”.

Seismic analysis, traditionally a manual process in HVACR industry, has evolved significantly due to advancements in digitization now utilizes digital tools, advanced simulation software, and sensor-integration for more accurate and reliable results like:

a. Energy Efficiency & Lower Total Cost of Ownership(TCO): real-time monitoring systems to adjust or shutdown equipment in response to seismic warnings, reducing energy wastage and damage. IoT-enabled sensors with accelerometers help lower TCO by extending system lifecycles.
b. Enhanced Reliability: allow precise seismic simulations via Finite-Element Analysis(FEA), ensuring robust structures for ducts and piping, crucial for earthquake-prone areas.
c. Fire Safety & Data Center Integrity: combined with smart fire systems, quickly isolates critical areas and protects essential cooling for servers post-seismic events.
d. Robust Process Cooling: Industries needing precise-cooling benefit from risk assessments, designing HVACR-systems to withstand shocks and ensure product quality.

3. Quality Assurance & Pressure Testing

At Leminar, we ensure the highest level of quality assurance for the valves we deliver. by taking a measure to conduct the internal pressure testing of valves at our own internal test rig. Before dispatching any valve to our customers, it undergoes this pressure testing process, providing an additional double-check on top of the manufacturer's checks. The internal pressure testing is carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. By subjecting each valve to this thorough internal pressure testing, we can guarantee that they meet all required specification standards.

This best practice sets us apart from other suppliers in the market, as we are the only ones who provide this internal testing service before delivering the valves to our customers. Answer: 1. Certified Professionals at Leminar in Energy Management

Leminar employs a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP®) to enhance our energy management services. The CEM offers in-depth training on the latest techniques for reducing energy costs, providing a valuable platform for professionals to improve their expertise. Meanwhile, the CMVP® specializes in measurement and verification techniques to assess performance improvements in various energy-consuming systems, including building and industrial processes. Through these qualifications, Leminar is dedicated to driving energy efficiency and supporting clients in achieving sustainability goals.

2. Customer Trainings

Leminar conducted a total of 49 training sessions both inside and outside the Leminar-Rheem Innovation Center, successfully training 179 engineers from various clients, contractors, and consultants. These on-site trainings play a vital role in educating MEP consultants and contractors while fostering strong, long-term relationships. The sessions offer hands-on learning, equipping participants with practical knowledge about HVAC basics and product-specific training on Rheem AC units (DX & VRF), Rheem water heaters, and CCUs. The training also covers installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring comprehensive understanding and support for the trainees.

3. Employee Training

Leminar is committed to equipping its staff with the technical knowledge required to offer the best solutions to customers. Through a series of in-depth product technical trainings, our team is continuously educated on energy efficiency strategies, advanced HVAC technologies, and sustainable practices. 4. Training Session for ASHRAE and ISHRAE Young University Students

Leminar conducted a training program to the next generation of HVAC professionals by offering specialized training for ASHRAE young university students and did a workshop on “sustainability in HVAC” for the MAHE Manipal university students through the ISHRAE UAE subchapter.. This program provided valuable insights into industry best practices, energy-efficient technologies, and real-world applications of HVAC systems.

2. Our local manufacturing arm, Clima Uno, has grown by 17% over the past year, demonstrating our dedication to regional development. We have also earned the prestigious In-Country Value (ICV) certificate, further highlighting our contribution to the UAE economy and our focus on fostering sustainable growth.

3. In alignment with sustainability goals, our brand S&P is actively involved in the GOAL 2025 initiative. This initiative underscores our commitment to a circular economy by utilizing 100 tons of recycled plastic, reflecting our efforts to reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility while supporting local prosperity.

4. Clima Uno, the manufacturing arm of Leminar, has successfully installed a 420.75 kWp solar plant at its Dubai Investment Park facility, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. This project aligns with DEWA’s Shams Solar Policy and Dubai Municipality's green building standards, reducing Clima Uno’s carbon footprint by 270,000+ kgs and achieving 90% energy savings. The solar plant produces 143% more energy than the facility’s consumption, with an environmental savings of 283,084 kg this year. Through the Net-Metering Policy, surplus energy is exported to the grid, enhancing resource efficiency and supporting a circular economy.
